Andrea Brown: Andrea, Chief Executive Officer, brings with her a great talent in Marketing and creativity. She is a native of Toronto, Canada where played high school varsity basketball at C. W. Jeffery high school. She then studied Healthcare at Humber College, but moved on to study Business Management at York University. Andrea now resides in Atlanta, GA with her 5 daughters who also played sports in high school and now are achieving basketball scholarships at D1 Universities. This Entrepreneur has developed and ran several successful businesses in the city of Atlanta with her biggest attributes to ANW Sports Management. She has fallen in love with the sports world and is excited to make a difference one day at a time.
Operations Manager
Born in Toronto, Canada, Ezra did his studies at the University of Ottawa and Carleton University where he pursued a bachelor in Arts and Social Sciences.
Ezra went pro at 23 years old out of university after a successful rookie camp tryout. He was later invited to participate in the 2012 Montreal Alouettes football training camp making the roster as an undrafted rookie.
After retiring at the ripe age of 27, Ezra has now dedicated his business & operations.

With a background in professional sports and over 10 years experience in business management, Ezra is bringing top level efficiency in support staffing and player development. On top of his gift for sports performance coaching & mindset training and strength and conditioning, make him very dynamic in his field of Operations Manager for ANW Sports Management.

Perlesta is a Licensed Attorney, who's a graduate of Morehouse colleges & the University of Connecticut School of Law.
Perlesta has been in the sports management business for over 12 years. In an ultra-competitive industry, he has built a formidable team to compete, including attorneys, NFL, NBA, MLB, and FIBA certified agents/contract advisors, marketing advisors, and client development reps. As a License Master Social Worker and current High School Girls’ Assistant Basketball Coach, O’Neisha works to alleviate the needs of athletes and provide resources where fit. She provides advocacy, research, case coordination, counseling and policy change for the functioning and wellbeing of athletes. In addition, O’Neisha handles direct and indirect psycho-social care to athletes when referred.
As former Division I athlete at Lipscomb University and with diverse coaching experience in both High School Girls’ Basketball and Track and Field, O’Neisha has a well-rounded skill set in player evaluation and honed talents in character building and performance monitoring. She is a recognized expert in leadership and a communicative collaborator. Her previous roles have strengthened her capabilities in teamwork and organization, including a keen attention to detail and accuracy. O’Neisha’s previous experience working with athletes gave her the ability to gain a solid understanding of the game, along with developing the skill to understand the personalities of the players to expound upon their love for the game.
Essence is a recent Florida State University Grad with a degree in Sport Management. She has 4+ years experience in working with professional athletes including the NFL, NBA & WTA.
Her expertise includes planning events, administration, and managing. Some of her favorite events that she has been a part of are the Super Bowl, ESPYs, US OPEN, and the MLS Cup.
She is excited to grow in the sports world and wants to influence women to follow their dreams because anything is possible.

5 years of career as a professional baseball player with the Los Angeles Dodgers and Texas Rangers teams, trainer of young talents for signings with MLB teams, he has been selected twice as a manager by the MLB development program, thus bringing a lot of experience within his career as an agent, he has a number of signed baseball players who passed through his hands before making the step to professional.
Jeans is a young man full of aspirations and desire to continue growing in the baseball field. Today he is part of ANW Sport Management as an international and Caribbean representative.
